I wouldn't publish this quite yet until we confirm why you want ShakeSphere Products Limited (UK) handling Bahrain and ShakeSphere Management WLL (Bahrain) handling the rest of the world.
From a customer-facing and regulatory perspective, the opposite would initially seem more intuitive:
